Mid day Meal – The Mid day Meal Scheme is a school meal program of the Government of India designed to better the nutritional standing of school-age children across India. The program supplies free lunches on working days for children in primary and upper primary classes in government, government aided, and Madarsa . Annamrita Foundation plays an important role in the expansion of the Mid Day Meal Scheme. The organization has its presence in 20 kitchens across India. This non-profit organization is the world’s biggest mass meal provider.

Atal Jan Aahar Yojna – This scheme was initiated, on 25th Dec, 2017, on the occasion of Birth anniversary of former prime minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ji on behalf of South Delhi Municipal Corporation. The objectives of this scheme is to avail the food for daily wages worker, rickshaw puller, Thele wala, coolie for Rs 10/- only.

Smart Classroom – Technology and Digital India have affected us in every aspect. The smart classes is a modernized system of education in Indian education which gives quality education to students by helping them in better concept, improvement in reading skills and academic achievement. Number of Govt. schools has been adapted in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to make the classroom smart.

Centralized Kitchen : Hunger is a challenge, but to retain a hungry child in the classroom is the biggest challenge, not even a single day the Annamrita Foundation has missed to deliver a meal.

From preparation to delivery of mid-day meals, we operate our kitchens on a daily basis keeping in mind hygiene and quality is thumb rule. A centralized kitchen helps to manage operations from a single point of control with same quality, taste, and texture. Currently, we run 20 centralized kitchens in 7 states of India and these kitchens prepare mid-day meals for 1.2 million school children.

Dal BhatYojna : the state government will introduce a scheme named ‘MukhyaMantri Dal BhatYojna’.

Under this scheme, people of Jharkhand will get dal, bhat and sabji at the rate of Rs 10 per plate at railway stations, bus stands, hospitals and public places.

The scheme would be run with the help of Annamrita Foundation across the state
